At Bambine Body, we offer selected discounts at certain times of the year. When you use a discount with your order, you are agreeing to purchasing an item on sale.

SALE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  • Discounts are only applicable on selected items storewide on bambinebody.com.
  • If it is a coded sale, customers must enter the code into the system during the checkout process for the offer to apply.
  • Discounts are not applicable on products such as sets, gift cards and sample sale items.
  • Discounts cannot be combined with any other promotions or discount codes. Offers are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
  • Our usual returns / exchange policy does not apply to discounted orders. Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. There are no returns, refunds or exchanges on sale purchases.
Bambine Body reserves the right to modify or replace any part of these terms and conditions and terminate this offer at any time without notice.

GIFT WITH PURCHASE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

In selected periods, Bambine Body may offer gifts with purchase. Customers who are eligible for gifts with purchases will have to add the free gift in the cart to their bag before they checkout. Bambine Body is not responsible for any orders that have not added an eligible free gift to their order. 
  • Depending on the promotion, customers may be entitled to up to 4 GWPs depending on their level of spend. 
  • Customers may not exchange or seek a refund for their gift with purchases.
  • Gifts with purchase cannot be combined with any other promotions or discount codes. Offers are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

SAMPLE SALE TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

As much as we try, sometimes we have perfectly imperfect items. Our sample sale allows us to maximise usage, while minimizing waste.

Items that can be found within our sample sale may contain one of the following imperfections:

1) Returned item, 

2) Misprint error,

3) Small stitching defect,

4) Used in a photoshoot or on display.

5) As detailed in product description.

Otherwise, the item will be in perfect condition.

Please ensure you have read the possible faults on your selected item before checking out. There are no returns, refunds or exchanges on sample sale purchases.
