110% Returns Policy

Your Bambine Body pieces are designed to be forever favourites, but if for any reason you have changed your mind, selected an incorrect size or received a faulty item, we are happy to offer you store credit* (excl. any handling, shipping, duties, taxes and/or processing fees).

Please note that Bambine Body does not provide refunds for the following: 

1) Change of mind 
2) Selection of incorrect sizes or incorrect items 

Please note that in compliance with the Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund for change of mind or incorrect selection.
 

Please read the faq / terms and conditions below to kickstart your returns process. Unless otherwise stated, all currencies are in Australian dollars. 

1) How do I start my returns process? 

Simply drop us an email at helpme@bambinebody.com and we can get the process started. Bambine Body is not liable for any returns / exchanges / lost parcels for customers who do not have their return request approved. 

2) What are my options for a return? 

We are happy to provide you with store credit (excl. any handling fees, shipping, duties, taxes and/or processing fees) or an exchange.

  • For Store Credit - Please note a fee of $9.95 will be deducted from any return credit to cover postage + a handling fee.
  • For Exchanges - customers will be required to cover their own return postage. 

International customers outside of Australia are required to cover their own return postage. Further terms and conditions apply. 

Terms and Conditions

  • To start your returns or exchange process, customers must email helpme@bambinebody within 14 days of receiving the item. 
  • Item must be approved via written confirmation from Bambine Body before sending back to our facility. 
  • Items must be returned in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags, and packaging accompanying the return. 
  • Please ensure your return is packaged adequately till its arrival in our facility.
  • Your item is considered your responsibility till its safe arrival in our facility. 
  • Once it has arrived in our facility, the full amount of your purchase (excl.handling, shipping and fees) will be refunded as credit for your next purchase OR your exchange will be shipped out immediately.
  • Please note that a fee of $9.95 will be deducted from your store credit as a postage + handling fee. 
  • 110% store credit is subject to the discretion of Bambine Body, and is subject to change at any time. 

  • Please note that customers are only entitled to ONE change of mind exchange per order.

Sample Sale Returns / Exchanges

As much as we try, sometimes we have perfectly imperfect items. Our sample sale allows us to maximise usage, while minimizing waste.

Items that can be found within our sample sale may contain one of the following imperfections:

1) Returned item, 

2) Misprint error,

3) Small stitching defect,

4) Used in a photoshoot or on display.

5) As detailed in product description.

Otherwise, the item will be in perfect condition.

Please ensure you have read the possible faults on your selected item before checking out. There are no returns, refunds or exchanges on sample sale purchases.
